A nourishing hour of guided breathing, meditation, reflection and connection - perfect for slowing down, settling your nervous system, and creating space to reset.

 

These individual sessions are suitable for all, whether you’re new to meditation or continuing to practise. Each week will have the same theme across sessions.

An introduction to using the mind for nervous system regulation.
We are not forcing the body to relax — we are giving the nervous system new
information to respond to.


16TH MARCH SESSION THEME IS 'CREATING CALM WITH IMAGINATION'
Your Imagination can create a safe inner space the nervous system learns to trust to respond to. Inspired by neuroscience insights on imagination, this session helps participants access calm through sensory awareness and visualisation.

I’ve been attending Frankie’s classes for a few months now. What a lovely space. Frankie is a lovely host and the meditations have really helped with daily life and daily stresses.
