60-Minute Guided Meditation & Reflection


A nourishing hour of guided breathing, meditation, reflection and connection - perfect for slowing down, settling your nervous system, and creating space to reset.

 

These individual sessions are suitable for all, whether you’re new to meditation or continuing to practise. Each week will have the same theme across sessions.

THE THEME FOR CLASSES ON THE 30TH IS 'SELF COMPASSION'

The focus this week is uncovering how kindness has the opposite effect on the brain and body to stress. This means we can ultimately treat stress with kindness. Creating self compassion is hugely beneficial to our mental and physical health & wellbeing.
