COURSE
INTENTION

In Bloom is a four-week journey designed to help you soften into the season, reconnect with yourself and create space for gentle inner growth.

Each in-person session begins with my signature Five Breath Reset, followed by reflection prompts for awareness and personal growth and bespoke guided meditation.

Across the course, you’ll be guided through techniques including functional breathwork, visualisation, body scan, breath-led awareness, contemplation and Buddhist-inspired self-compassion practices.

Week 1 — Renew Your Energy
A breath-led summer visualisation to clear space, welcome lightness and begin again.


Week 2 — Grow With Ease
A grounding body scan to support gentle growth, grounding and nervous-system safety.


Week 3 — Nourish Your Inner World
A Buddhist-inspired self-compassion meditation to tend to yourself with kindness and care.


Week 4 — Coming Into Bloom
A contemplative practice incorporating manifesting and intention-setting to integrate the journey and step into summer feeling with awareness, compassion and confidence.

'IN BLOOM' SELF-GUIDED PRACTICE PACK - £22
Including the four weekly guided breathwork and meditation practices and reflection prompts to move through in your own time.

Please note: this is not the full course experience. It does not include the in-person sessions, live teaching, group space or additional discussion. It is designed as a simple self-guided support option for those who would like access to the practices and prompts only. Access to the replays hub will be given the week commencing 22nd June when the course begins.

I started attending Frankie’s session on a recommendation, I had never meditated before but I was desperate to find something to help with my anxiety and just overall wellbeing.
