Peace of Mind Meditation -9.jpg

At Peace of Mind, collaborations are approached with professionalism, care, intention & integrity.

My work supports busy people to slow down, reconnect, regulate, rewire and restore in an evidence-based, grounded and supportive way. For that reason, any collaboration, recommendation or partnership needs to feel genuinely aligned with the values of Peace of Mind.

I’m always grateful when businesses, practitioners and brands reach out, and I love the possibility of thoughtful, creative partnerships. At the same time, I’m protective of the trust I’ve built with my clients, community and wider brand.

The right collaboration should feel exciting and beneficial for everyone involved.

The Kind of Collaborations I Welcome:

I’m especially interested in hearing from high-quality health, wellbeing and creative practitioners whose work feels aligned with Peace of Mind, and who can bring something fresh and complementary to my existing offering.

My core work is rooted in meditation, functional breathwork and mindset support, so I’m open to collaborations that add another meaningful layer. This might include fitness, functional movement, art, writing, creativity, nature, sound or something else that still feels aligned.

At present, Peace of Mind offerings are created for adults. I do not currently offer collaborations involving work with children, although this may be something I explore in the future. I remain open.

What Matters to Me:

To protect my clients and the integrity of Peace of Mind, I only consider collaborations with practitioners, businesses or brands who work with care, professionalism and clear ethical standards.

This means being insured for the service offered, holding appropriate training or credentials, working to a high standard of client care, communicating clearly and respectfully, making responsible evidence-informed claims, and sharing values rooted in ethical, inclusive and trauma-aware wellbeing.

The wellbeing industry is full of beautiful work, but unfortunately it remains unregulated, so discernment matters. I take that responsibility seriously and will always prioritise the safety, trust and experience of my community.

Recommendations and Referrals:

A recommendation from Peace of Mind is something I offer with authenticity and care.

I only recommend people, services, products or businesses that I genuinely know, have personal experience of, or that have been recommended by someone I trust.

I do not offer paid recommendations, gifted-service promotions or promotional exchanges. Everything I share through Peace of Mind is rooted in authenticity, so if I don’t know your work or have a trusted personal recommendation, please understand I won’t be able to recommend it.

If You’d Like to Collaborate:

If you would like to explore working together, take some time to understand Peace of Mind fand come with a clear idea.

Please include who you are, what you offer, your relevant qualifications, credentials and insurance, the idea you have in mind, why you feel there is alignment between our work, and how the collaboration would support both businesses and the community involved.

I may not be the right fit for you, your business or your audience, and that’s okay. Equally, your offer may not be the right fit for Peace of Mind at this time. Alignment matters more than opportunity.

Promotion, Bookings and Costs:

Collaborations connected to Peace of Mind are usually promoted through the website and wider social media channels, with bookings taken through the Peace of Mind booking system.

The booking system takes a percentage of each booking, which needs to be factored into any pricing, payment or profit-share arrangement. If the Peace of Mind studio is used, the cost of the space will also need to be included.

My time, energy, preparation, rent and business costs are all part of creating a professional and supportive experience, and these need to be considered when planning any event or offering.

Clear terms, pricing, responsibilities and expectations will always be agreed before any collaboration is confirmed.

A Final Note:

I love creative, thoughtful and heart-led collaborations when they feel genuinely aligned.

If you’ve got to this part and still feel there is a genuine opportunity - I’d love to hear from you.

Thank you for respecting these boundaries and for understanding the importance of protecting the space, standards and community here at Peace of Mind.
