MEET FRANKIE
Hi, I’m Frankie — a busy working parent living on the stunning North Tyneside coast with my husband and two children. I’ve spent years exploring various meditation practices and am passionate about making them accessible to everyone in a simple, secular way. My goal is to help you find the technique that best suits you and fits into your life.
Meditation is like exercise for the mind. Just as regular physical activity keeps your body healthy, meditation strengthens the brain, improving mental clarity, focus, and emotional well-being. It’s scientifically proven to boost happiness, reduce stress, and enhance both physical and mental health.

Meditation hasn’t been a quick fix, but it’s taught me lifelong tools for navigating daily stresses with patience, compassion, and clarity.

MY EXPERTISE &
CURRENT TRAINING
I understand life can be chaotic. But from personal experience, I’ve learned how meditation can bring a sense of calm, no matter how hectic things get around you. After more than 20 years of practising meditation, I decided to share these simple, transformative techniques with others. In 2019, I trained as a meditation teacher and graduated with Distinction from the British School of Meditation.

My training included psychology, physiology and neuroscience.

With a deep commitment to offering safe, science-informed, and inclusive meditation practices, I bring years of experience and diverse training to help clients feel supported, seen, and empowered. Here's a look at the journey that shapes the sessions I offer:
MEDITATION TEACHER
BRITISH SCHOOL OF MEDITATION (BSoM)
I trained with the British School of Meditation—the only externally accredited meditation teaching course in the UK—because I wanted the gold standard. This nine-month course included in-person training, over 50 hours of written work, and
live online learning during lockdown in 2020. I qualified with Distinction, the highest possible grade (equivalent to an A at A-Level), in September 2020.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?

This robust foundation ensures that every session I lead is grounded in evidence-based practices and professional ethics, so you can feel confident you're in safe and capable hands.
CERTIFIED BREATHWORK COACH
BREATHING SPACE
Breath is at the heart of meditation. I have completed a four-month Breathwork Coaching certification. This involved modules in breathwork techniques, applications, adaptations, health & wellbeing benefits and safety & ethical considerations. It included lessons, reflection, case studies and coursework.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?

I’ll be able to safely guide you through a wide range of breath practices — including those for trauma, anxiety, energy, and focus— always grounded in science, ethics, and sensitivity to your individual needs.
THE SCIENCE OF MEDITATION
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
I’ve undertaken further training in the science of meditation to deepen my
understanding of how it impacts the brain and body. These CPD courses covered
neuroscience, psychology, and physiology.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?
I use this knowledge to tailor meditations to your individual needs—whether that’s stress, sleep, anxiety, or physical wellbeing. I also provide digestible, motivating insights about why meditation works, which can help you stay inspired and committed to your practice.
NEURODIVERSITY-INFORMED MINDFULNESS
THE MINDFUL INSTITUTE
This intensive training included over 60 lessons and 20+ mindfulness tools tailored to neurodiverse brains. As a parent to a child with AuDHD, this work is also deeply
personal to me.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?

No two brains are the same. My approach is always inclusive, adaptive, and trauma-sensitive—ensuring that mindfulness is accessible and affirming, whether you're neurodivergent or supporting someone who is.

MEDITATION & GRIEF
BSoM CPD
Grief is a deeply personal journey, and this training gave me tools to support clients
through it with compassion and professionalism. I explored grief from psychological, physical, and spiritual angles.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?

Whether you’re experiencing loss or helping someone who is, I can create a gentle, trauma-informed space that honours your unique process while offering grounding, calm, and support.
MEDITATION IN THE WORKPLACE
BSoM CPD
This course focused on adapting meditation for corporate environments—meeting
people where they are, amidst the stress and structure of professional life.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?
I understand the specific challenges of modern workplaces and create sessions that boost focus, reduce burnout, and fit practically into busy schedules.
MEDITATION FOR
CHILDREN
BSoM CPD
I’ve trained specifically in adapting meditation for children and teenagers. Having started meditation myself as a teen, I know how empowering it can be.

HOW THIS HELPS YOUR FAMILY:
I create practices that are age-appropriate, easy to understand, and engaging—equipping children with lifelong tools to manage stress, emotions, and focus.
THE SCIENCE OF SELF-LOVE
DR DAVID HAMILTON
Self-love is more than a buzzword—it’s a foundational element of mental health. This
course helped me understand the science behind self-worth, confidence, and self-
compassion.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?

I can support you in building a deeper, evidence-informed relationship with yourself—creating lasting change from the inside out.
TANTRA PRACTITIONER
ACADEMY OF MODERN TANTRA
I trained in bio-energetic bodywork to deepen my understanding of energy, breath, conscious touch, and the nervous system. This training blended ancient wisdom with modern science.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?
In 1:1 sessions or advanced practises, I gently weave in energy awareness, body-based practices, and nervous system support—helping you reconnect with your whole self in a grounded, safe, and integrated way.
QUANTUM PHYSICS & LIFE
DR DAVID HAMILTON
This course explored how quantum science (like entanglement and wave-particle theory) can relate to the human experience and meditation.

HOW DOES THIS HELP YOU?

If you're curious about the "why" behind manifestation, meditation, and energy work, I can offer perspectives that blend scientific theory with everyday application—making the intangible, tangible.

MY JOURNEY
I first discovered meditation at age 16 while studying Buddhism in sixth form. At the time, it was often dismissed as something "hippy" or "woo-woo," but I found it incredibly beneficial for managing anxiety and improving my mental focus. As life got busier — from working as a presenter to managing a PR business — my practice ebbed and flowed. Chronic stress and anxiety became my default setting. But after experiencing burnout and illness, I knew something had to change. That’s when I began meditating daily — even just for 10 minutes a day — to reset, recharge, and refocus.
Meditation helped me gain a sense of inner calm amidst the chaos, allowing me to control my reactions, not external events. It improved my health and gave me a positive new perspective on life’s challenges. Meditation hasn’t been a quick fix, but it’s taught me lifelong tools for navigating daily stresses with patience, compassion, and clarity.
Now, I share what I’ve learned through simple, accessible meditation sessions. Whether you join a group class or prefer one-on-one sessions, my approach is secular, straightforward, and for everyone.
If you're curious about how meditation can change your life too, I’d love to chat with you. Feel free to get in touch for a friendly, informal conversation.

Wishing you all Peace of Mind,
