The Recharge

The Recharge is your invitation to relax, refresh and refuel your mind, body, and energy.

We begin with a calming guided meditation on the beach, using the soothing power of breath and nature to reset your nervous system. Then we step into cosy beach sauna tents, hired just for our group. Inside you will find aromatherapy, healing steam, and natural salts to help you fully unwind— with an optional invigorating cold sea dip for those feeling adventurous! We close the experience with a nourishing and delicious seaside picnic, preordered from Eat Clean, leaving you feeling balanced, energised, and deeply restored, from top to toe.
