'In Bloom' Course Drop In Sessions
Service Description
If you're unable to commit to the full course. You're welcome to book which sessions suit you and your schedule. Spaces are limited for drop ins as course bookings receive priority spaces. Week 1 (June 22nd, 23rd & 24th) — Renew Your Energy A breath-led summer visualisation to clear space, welcome lightness and begin again. Week 2 (June 29th, 30th & July 1st) — Grow With Ease A grounding body scan to support gentle growth, grounding and nervous-system safety. Week 3 (July 6th, 7th & 8th) — Nourish Your Inner World A Buddhist-inspired self-compassion meditation to tend to yourself with kindness and care. Week 4 (July 13th, 14th & 15th) — Coming Into Bloom A contemplative practice incorporating manifesting and intention-setting to integrate the journey and step into summer feeling with awareness, compassion and confidence.
