About the event
Join us for a peaceful summer evening of soothing guided meditation, sauna and sea air.
We will meet at Longsands at 7pm for a restorative guided meditation on the beach, allowing the sounds of the sea to soothe the senses as we slow down, breathe and arrive fully in the moment.
At 7.30pm, we will head to Steam & Salt, where we have a private sauna cabin exclusively for our community group.
The next hour is yours to enjoy in the way that feels best for you. Move through sauna intervals of up to 15 minutes, with the option to cool down between rounds with a sea dip, swim, or a refreshing outdoor shower.
At 8.30pm, we will come back together to watch the sunset and close the evening as a community, finishing at 8.45pm (You are welcome to bring your own drinks/snacks for this).
