This programme is designed to guide you to gently and effectively calm your system, reset in the moment, and feel more balanced throughout your day. Breathwork for Regulation is a collection of simple, practical techniques designed to support your nervous system in real time. Rather than long or complicated practices, these are tools you can return to whenever you need them — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling to switch off, or simply needing a moment to pause. How You Might Use This Programme: You might return to these practices: • In moments of stress or overwhelm • Before sleep or to help you unwind • During transitions in your day • When you need to refocus or reset • As part of a daily routine The sessions are short, accessible, and easy to revisit—designed to fit into real life. What’s Included: • 4 short guided breathwork practices( around 5 minutes each) • Extended Exhale, Coherent Breathing, Humming Breath, and Physiological Sigh • A short introduction to each technique, including how and when to use it • Simple, science-informed explanations • Optional reflection prompts • Practices designed to be used individually or as part of your routine By working with the breath in a calm and intentional way, you can begin to shift out of stress and into a more regulated, grounded state.
