This Breathwork Bundle brings together three simple, effective practices designed to support your nervous system — wherever you are, and whatever your day looks like. Each practice is short, accessible, and grounded in techniques that help regulate stress, calm the mind, and create a sense of steadiness in the body. Because breathwork doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful. Included in this bundle are: 1. Extended Exhale Practice - A calming breath practice that lengthens your exhale, helping to signal safety to the body and reduce stress. 2. Coherent Breathing - A steady, rhythmic breathing pattern (equal inhale and exhale) to bring the body back into balance. 3. Physiological Sigh - A simple, effective technique (two inhales, one long exhale) shown to quickly reduce stress and tension. 4.
