Service Description
Find some inner calm amongst the chaos of this Christmas season and greet it from a place of inner peace and positivity. This course offers truly bespoke guided meditations and evidence-based personal development discussion, to help you cultivate all the chilled, cosy and ‘glowy’ vibes you need this winter. Each week you will be given space to reflect, meditate and grow into your best self. During this five-week course, I will give you evidence-based techniques and curated guided meditations to help you focus on what your brain needs, to master your own mind. Each week, we will focus on ways to let go of the negative thought patterns, shift the narrative, and boost the positive in your own life. Class sessions last between 60-70 minutes depending on content and meditations.
