Service Description
Find some inner calm as we begin move into spring and greet it from a place of inner peace and positivity. This course offers truly bespoke guided meditations and evidence-based personal development discussion, to help you cultivate all the chilled, cosy and ‘glowy’ vibes you need this winter. Each week you will be given space to reflect, meditate and grow into your best self. During this five-week course, I will give you the space to step out of the chaos and into stillness, as you carve out time to reconnect inwards, cultivating peace positivity, and inner strength, to truly support yourself. Class sessions last between 60-70 minutes depending on content and meditations.
