Summer Solace: A Journey to inner Peace is a meditation course designed to help you connect with the calming and rejuvenating energy of the summer season. Using inspiration from the warmth and tranquility that summer can bring and evoking images of long sunny days, gentle breezes, and the sense of freedom that comes with the season, we will step into sunshine in our minds in every session. In this course, we will explore practises that invite mindfulness, relaxation, peace, positivity, and a deeper connection to ourselves. Through meditation and breathwork techniques inspired by the natural rhythms of summer, such as practises that mirror the openness of the season, visualisations tied to the sun and nature, and meditation that promotes solace in stillness. Summer Solace aims to help individuals cultivate a peaceful state of mind. It's about embracing the lightness of summer while grounding yourself in inner calm, using the season's energy to foster healing, clarity, and balance in daily life. Class sessions last between 60-70 minutes depending on content and meditations.
